Everyone finds life difficult at times, we are here to offer a space to be able to explore these times and support people to develop different ways of responding to those situations.

We offer an online Coping Skills Group which runs across three modules, looking at different ways of responding and coping using new techniques which are DBT informed and you can find out more about the different modules by clicking here.

We help people develop goals which support them to work towards a life worth living within an online group setting with other people experiencing similar challenges and wanting to make similar changes in their life.

Coping Skills Group

The group runs across three modules informed by DBT, we learn skills to help manage distress, communication skills and managing strong emotions.


From time to time we offer training across a range of psychological and mental health related topics.

Individual Therapy

If you don’t feel ready to join a group individual therapy might be the right option for you and we can explore how we might best support you going forward.
